Who we are
Business Brain LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, operates this BusinessBrain studio website. This policy covers this website and its project inquiry form. Separate product websites have their own privacy information.
Information you provide
The quote form collects your name, email address, selected services, timing, project description, and company name if you include it. We also record an inquiry reference, submission time, and inquiry status. When you contact us by email, we receive your message and contact details.
We use this information to assess and respond to your project, prepare a proposal, maintain related correspondence, and protect the inquiry service from misuse. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or start a paid project.
Hosting, access, and service providers
The site runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Submitted inquiries are stored in managed cloud storage; the studio inbox is restricted to the owner’s authenticated account. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the site. Our form uses a short-lived, in-memory request limit; IP addresses are not included in the stored inquiry record.
Google Workspace handles email communications. Google Fonts supplies the website’s typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to retrieve them. Providers process information needed for their services under their applicable terms and privacy notices. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where these providers operate. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect rights, security, or safety.
Cookies, preferences, and online tracking
We do not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies to this website. We do not sell inquiry details or use them for cross-context behavioral advertising. The motion control stores only your motion preference in this browser’s local storage; you can change it with Pause motion or clear it in your browser settings.
Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology for security and authentication. We do not build visitor profiles across websites, and browser Do Not Track signals do not change that practice. Infrastructure and font providers receive technical request information when your browser uses their services.
Keeping and removing information
We keep inquiries while handling the project discussion and, where needed, related business records, legal obligations, or disputes. We review information for removal when it is no longer needed; this is not an automatic deletion schedule. A project that becomes a client engagement may require separate records under its agreement.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email office@businessbrainllc.net, preferably from the address used for your inquiry. We may need to confirm the request is yours and explain if information must be retained. Please do not send identification documents unless we specifically arrange a secure way to verify a request.
Other websites and sensitive information
Product and portfolio links lead to independently operated pages with their own policies. This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s information; contact us if you believe a child has submitted it.
Keep passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information, and confidential customer data out of this form. Email us first to arrange an appropriate way to discuss sensitive project material.
